Jim Richardson has been Managing Projects for over 25 years. He cut his teeth, managing contracts whilst at MWD & Works Consultancy, at DSIR in Palmerston North (Grasslands & Biotech Lab Blocks), Waiouru & Linton Army Gymnasiums, St Peters Church Refurbishment, & many more.

On his own accounts, some significant projects are, PowerCo Building upgrade, Midtown Centre Upgrade, GasNet upgrade, Jubilee & Springvale  Stadium jobs -reroofs, YMCA fitout & toilets upgrade, Building upgrade for Spice Guru & L J Hookers, as well as countless house & business alterations & new homes.

Significant jobs were the Bason Reserve’s Orchid House & helping the WDC organise the purchase of the new Library Bus.
